• Financial Management: Overseeing all financial operations of the firm, including accounting, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
• Audit & Compliance: Preparing financial statements and managing the firm’s audits, while advising clients on legal aspects of tax audits and revenue authority disputes.
• Strategic Counsel: Collaborating directly with the legal team to integrate financial and tax considerations into commercial contracts, transactional due diligence, and estate planning.
