  • Logistical Support: Responsible for the efficient internal and external transfer of documents, files, and correspondence, including necessary runs to external offices and courier services.
  • Office Administration: Assisting with general administrative tasks, including organizing supplies, managing mail, and ensuring the firm’s facilities are maintained.
  • Team Support: Provides flexible, hands-on support to the various departments (Clerical, Administration, and Legal) as needed, contributing to the firm’s overall efficiency and teamwork.
